- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited several weeks for this referral letter which is dated 1/11/2017. I received it on Saturday 4/11/2017. I have been ringing from Monday 6/11/2017 to today 9/11/2017 , message tells you what position you are in the queue it then says wait or leave a message. Well I have waited and waited and in the end it cuts off!!!! So I have rang back and left 4 messages because the letter states if they dont hear from me within a week of the date on the letter I will discharged. As they are not answering me waiting in the queue what chance have I got they will pick up my messages, I dont hold out much hope. Looks like they still have a serious shortage of staff to man the phones and it does not look like it has improved from the persons previous comments over 6 months ago.
