  Very friendly staff but at the end of the day , it is all about getting your money and I am so pleased that I was more switched on than they gave me credit for. I needed my car looked over for two problems plus I refused to pay £51 for a plug in check as I knew it would not solve the ABS problem ( I had already fitted new sensors) . They did how ever tell me that it needed new rings in the half shafts for the ABS but failed to see that the front off side wishbone had a rust hole (Which also needed replacing) but they were spot on about the crank pully as the car kept on eating the Serpentine belt.
  The crank pully was quoted to replace it at over £250 and written on your headed paper it states that you can not buy the ABS rings on their own thus the cost for that job was over £1200 as it meant I had to buy the complete half shafts.
  Well considering I also bought a new wishbone , two ABS rings (£19 for 2 ) and the crank pully and paid to have them fitted elsewhere , my total out lay was £227 so what a difference plus a couple of new CV boots were added.
  I would add that most people have smart phones and it pays to checkout items if you are mechanically minded but I would have expected better from a main dealer to keep costs more in line to gain customers trust. Enough said but thanks for looking at my car at a cost of £101 .
