Ordered my patio doors October 12. Three separate promised delivery dates were missed. Finally delivered in December with scratches on glass. Gave up on trying to get the glass replaced around June after chasing several times. The handles started corroding before the end of January. I was assured when I bought the doors that the handles were suitable for a coastal location and covered by a 12 month guarantee but they were only replaced in October after resorting to weekly reminders. The new ones deteriorated as quickly as the originals. To be fair, apart from the handles, a good product for the price but spoilt by rubbish after-sales. Will not use them again.
