- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I would like to say what outstanding service I have received at the Hanley Stoke on Trent store. Yesterday I had an eye test with spec savers in longton I did not find them helpful at all. Direct specs are outstanding, very friendly, extremely helpful with advise on glasses. I been in the shop for about an hour I picked two of glasses they were buy one get one free which I love a bargain. I found that direct specs had great choice, and I came away very happy even thou I was parting with cash. My advise is keep up the hard work because are going to be very busy.By Admin, July 16, 2017
